Can you advise me in all areas of law?
Yes, we can provide you with comprehensive advice and representation in all areas of law. For criminal law cases, we work with an experienced external consultant. How much does a court proceeding cost?
Litigation costs depend on the amount in dispute and the applicable cantonal fee regulations. They consist of court fees and the compensation awarded to the prevailing party. The losing party generally bears both the court costs and the opposing party’s legal fees. We will be happy to provide you with a non-binding estimate of the expected costs. Our legal services are billed on an hourly basis according to the time spent.
Do you also provide ongoing legal support to companies?
Yes. We offer ongoing legal advice to companies in Zurich and throughout Switzerland in the sense of an external legal department (“legal outsourcing”). We support you with contract reviews, employment law matters, compliance issues, corporate resolutions, and much more. The scope of support can be tailored individually to the needs of your company.
Do you also represent private individuals?
Yes, we represent both companies and private individuals, particularly in business-related matters – such as employment disputes, liability issues, equity participation matters, shareholder conflicts, or succession planning. If needed, we involve specialized experts from our network to ensure comprehensive support.
How does an initial consultation work?
In an initial meeting, we discuss your matter, the legal framework, and potential strategies. You will receive an initial legal assessment as well as information about the next steps. The initial consultation is free of charge and can also take place via videoconference if preferred. This gives you a clear overview before deciding whether you would like to engage us.
In which languages do you provide advice?
Our lawyers advise in German, English, French, Italian, and Serbian. This enables us to optimally support our clients from Switzerland and abroad. For international cases, we also coordinate with foreign law firms.
Do you assist with the incorporation of a company or foundation in Switzerland?
Yes. We provide comprehensive support in establishing companies (e.g. AG, GmbH) or foundations in Switzerland. If desired, we can also provide a registered office, handle bookkeeping and compliance, and offer a resident director. Our firm advises you on all legal, administrative, and tax-related aspects of company incorporation – efficiently, securely, and discreetly.
