For criminal law cases, we work with an experienced external consultant. For cross-border matters, we collaborate closely with our international network of renowned partner law firms to handle even complex international mandates efficiently.

Litigation costs depend on the amount in dispute and the applicable cantonal fee regulations. They consist of court fees and the compensation awarded to the prevailing party. The losing party generally bears both the court costs and the opposing party’s legal fees. We will be happy to provide you with a non-binding estimate of the expected costs. Our legal services are billed on an hourly basis according to the time spent.
