AREAS OF ACTIVITY
Dr Timo Fenner advises his clients in all aspects of business law, contract law and procedural law. His activities focus on representing the interests of our clients before courts and authorities in the area of civil procedure as well as debt enforcement and bankruptcy law. His work also includes the establishment of foundations and trusts to provide cross-border structures for assets. Dr Timo Fenner also has considerable experience in aspects relating to the broader field of company and contract law, tenancy law, employment law and inheritance law as well as in the area of water law.
