Dr André Terlinden advises our clients in all aspects of business law. Being an entrepreneur for the family owned enterprises in the real estate and dry cleaning business as well as thanks to his function as board member of several Swiss and foreign companies (like trading, real estate, commodities, asset manager), he shares the commercial understanding of his clients.
Dr André Terlinden has a broad regulatory experience in the financial and banking industry. He advises in financing, M&A and private equity transactions as well as in matters of corporate law. In addition, André Terlinden is frequently mandated to act as independent escrow agent to facilitate national and cross-border transactions or disputes. He also represents on fiduciary basis or as trustee the interest of his clients.
